What gets answered first
- Corrections. A wrong VRAM figure, an outdated license, a dead install command. Include the page URL and a source. These jump the queue.
- Listing requests. A model, tool, or GPU that belongs in the directory. Link the repository or product page. Listings are free and are not influenced by any commercial relationship.
- Takedown and legal. Copyright, trademark, or privacy concerns. Include the specific URL and the nature of the claim.
- Press and partnerships. Interviews, data usage, and syndication questions.

What we cannot help with
We do not provide one-on-one troubleshooting for your specific machine, and we cannot help you obtain access to gated model weights — that is between you and the model publisher. For setup problems, the guides section covers the errors people hit most often.
Response time
Expect a reply within a few business days. Messages that are clearly automated or promotional are filtered and not read. There are no public user accounts on this site, so nobody will ever ask you to log in to receive a reply.
