1. What this site is

All Local AI Models is an informational directory covering open-weight AI models, the software that runs them, and the hardware they run on. It provides reference data, computed estimates, and editorial commentary. It does not host model weights, does not sell hardware, and does not provide a hosted inference service.

2. Acceptable use

You may read, link to, and quote this site with attribution. You may not:

• scrape the site at a rate that degrades service for others, or circumvent rate limiting;
• republish substantial portions of the content as your own, including automated re-hosting;
• use the contact form to send bulk, automated, or promotional messages;
• attempt to access administrative areas, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the site's operation;
• use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law.

3. Accuracy of estimates

VRAM figures, fit results, cost comparisons, and benchmark scores are estimates, computed from published specifications and stated assumptions. Real-world memory use varies with runner, batch size, context length, quantization implementation, operating system overhead, and driver version. Nothing here is a guarantee that a particular model will run on a particular machine. See the disclaimer for detail.

4. Intellectual property

Editorial text, page structure, and the computation engine are the property of the site operator. Model names, tool names, GPU names, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively for identification. Nothing here implies endorsement or affiliation.

Model weights, licenses, and terms belong to their publishers. It is your responsibility to read and comply with the license attached to any model you download, including restrictions on commercial use.

5. Third-party links

The site links to repositories, documentation, and vendor pages we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or terms. Following an outbound link is at your own risk.

6. Advertising

Pages may display advertising served by third parties. Advertisements are labelled and separated from editorial content. We do not endorse advertised products, and any transaction you enter into with an advertiser is between you and them.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
